I405 Last day in LA. Alone. Wondering what I wanna do to feel my heartbeat & play a little with time? Took my soul to see Ventura Beach & looking for signs. To the ocean where it all began. To let those blue waves wash over me. Grateful to still be alive. Wondering, how did I get so far from home? It was on the way back, I saw it. The sign said; 6 miles to I405 6 miles to I405 6 miles to I405 Rush hour traffic & fog so bad, I was just praying to stay alive. Stuck in that traffic line of time. A pause with all these people going home from work just trying to stay alive. Wondering, how did we all get so far from home? Listening to the radio & beats just killing time. I hear you are not alone. You are right on time. From sea to shining sea; We are water. In your heart its always home. That's what I found & there is no more need to roam. It was right there in the tune of time. So, I made up my mind & took that exit to I405. Gonna be true to you, if it's the last thing I do. Thank God.
