Shelley Novotny is a Wisconsin-based interdisciplinary artist and designer whose practice combines wearable art, reclaimed textiles, photography, and concept-driven performance. 

Through one-of-a-kind sculptural garments, headpieces, and immersive collaborations, she creates symbolic narratives that explore transformation, identity, memory, and the human experience.

Her work invites viewers to engage with universal themes through visual storytelling and performance.
