He was my constant companion and the sweetest loving friend. Woody's spirit now lives everywhere and somewhere over the rainbow. I dedicate this song to my dear departed friend, Carol Rothman (aka Carly Rose) May you and Woody be dancing together in heaven. This song expresses my feelings of love, loss, and the heartache of having to say goodbye to our sweet Woody. It's also a song for all those who have lost a loved one. May you feel the love of all those you have lost, in beautiful and magical ways. Award-winning Santa Fe-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Martha Reich has performed at venues around the world. Her music transcends tradition and language in a way that is moving, honest, and rare. Each song feels as though she's written it just for you--to tell you something important about life. Reich has released five albums. Her most recent multi-instrumental CD, ‘BRAVE BIRD’ won a Gold Medal for Female Vocalist in the 2018 Global Music Awards and LA Critics Award for Best Folk Artist. She is now in the process of working on her sixth album titled, 'In Poetry of Forget Me Nots'. "With a sound almost woven out of the earth, Reich sings from the brittle openings of the heart. To take in the art that comes from such a place opens up our lives in ways that are impossible to measure but so important to hold onto.” - James Diaz, ANTI-HEROIN CHIC MAGAZINE Anti-Heroin Chic is a sponsored project of Indolent Arts, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit fiscal sponsor.
