11/26/2023 Artwork By Calvin Kaucher Calvin Kaucher is 45 years into making art with no end in sight. He studied art at Albright College under the mentorship of Harry Kosarous, Bert Brower, Tom Watcke, Gary Adelstein to name the most influential. He has exhibited pieces in the likes of countless coffee shops, weird underground places, street corners, living room walls of friends and frenemies, places he can no longer remember. Some of the more officious places: Caveat Lector Vol. XXI 2010, Off The Coast Literary Journal winter 2010, Youcum Institute Fast Lane Art exhibition, State Museum of Pennsylvania, Art Insitute & Gallery Salisbury, MD, Annual Berks Art Alliance Juried art Exhibition. He works in a variety of 2 dimensional media, and creates assemblages from bits of plastic from the streets, parking lots (whatever catches his eye from wherever), and things people often donate to him for the cause.
