From the sleepless nights spent woken with darkened thoughts. I am seen; seen by those closest to me, with love, kindness, understanding, compassion and care, not with hurt or judgement that’s seemingly always found there. I am heard; my voice is strong, unwavering; Clear, not misunderstood, nor twisted, nor silenced. Never misinterpreted, taken away, ignored.
